Koryak Hat (Penkin)

The Koryaks live on the Kamchatka Peninsula in northeastern Siberia and have historically relied on reindeer as their primary source of food and clothing. Living on the tundra, an extremely cold and windy environment, requires special clothing, and the Penkin is fur-lined inside and out for extra warmth.
